After last week's rant Tesco came through with their promise.



It might not seem a huge amount, but as my original complaint was based on principle, I am also looking at this in the same way.

Tesco didn't need to do anything about this. Tesco could have told me to go forth and multiply but they didn't. They responded with a very personalised phone call, the person I spoke to knew my troubles before calling so I didn't have to sit through "uuhh, what were you having problems with again??" as we spoke.

It was Good. Customer. Service.

Well done Tesco.
